Lot 19 is a small, precision design, engineering, consulting, and manufacturing firm based in New York City.
At Lot 19, we have the flexibility and expertise to meet the exact needs of your project. Whether you need a short run production of a single part, consultation on design manufacturability, or design-to-delivery product development, we’re here to help. Our multidisciplinary team will assist you in each stage of development with mechanical design, manufacturing, electronics design and manufacturing, and firmware development.
We specialize in working with small businesses and new product lines to minimize development time and costs. Our team’s experience will save you precious time and money throughout the process. In addition, we leverage technologies such as CAD, FEA, CNC Machining Simulations, and rapid prototyping to ensure fast and efficient development

We do not offer one-off machining or services such as resurfacing, rethreading, or retapping.

Lot 19 takes its name from the original identifier given to the land our shop still stands on today. This choice is emblematic of our connection with our neighborhood and the roots we have in New York City.
We are located along the board of Industry City and Sunset Park and continue the tradition of engineering and manufacturing our neighborhood was once widely known for.
