  • Control: Okuma OSP

The Okuma Genos M560-V is our flagship CNC milling machine, built on a bridge-type double-column structure that delivers exceptional rigidity by keeping the X-axis travel on the column — eliminating the flexion that limits conventional C-frame mills. Paired with the Tsudakoma RWA-250 NC rotary table — engineered with ultra-precision cross roller bearings and a dual-taper pneumatic clamping system for massive clamp torque — the machine enables true 4-axis simultaneous machining. Complex multi-face geometries are completed in a single setup with zero re-fixturing error. At 15,000 RPM with a 30 HP Big Plus spindle, it handles everything from aluminum to titanium and Inconel with equal confidence.

The Okuma Genos L250 is a precision CNC turning center built on a one-piece cast iron base with a horizontal way system and hand-scraped headstock and tailstock mounting surfaces — delivering the stability, rigidity, and accuracy required for consistent, repeatable turned parts. Running Okuma’s OSP control system, the L250 handles a broad range of components from simple shafts and bushings to complex profiles, with tight tolerances and excellent surface finish across all machinable materials.

Tsugami C180 Swiss-Type CNC Lathe with Gantry Live Tooling

  • Swing Over Bed: 8.66"
  • Main Spindle Speed: 15,000 RPM
  • Chuck Sizes: 3" and 4"
  • X / Z Travel: 11.81" × 5.90"

  • Live Tooling: Dual, air-operated
  • Precision: Sub-0.001" repeatable
  • Control: Fanuc 31i-A

The Tsugami C180 is our highest-precision turning asset — a Swiss-type, gantry-style dual-spindle CNC lathe with dual live tooling that allows complete front-to-back machining in a single handling. This eliminates secondary operations and the tolerance stack-up they introduce. The C180 excels at extremely small, intricate parts that would be difficult or impossible to produce on conventional lathes, while delivering repeatable sub-0.001" precision with an unmatched surface finish. For aerospace, optical, and medical-grade components where tolerance is not a suggestion, the Tsugami C180 sets the standard.

Precision Matthews Manual Engine Lathe

  • Type: Gap-bed manual engine lathe
  • Drive: Variable speed
  • Threading: Quick-change gearbox
  • Tailstock: Yes — center work and drilling
  • Construction: Rigid cast iron base
  • Application: Toolroom & prototype turning

The Precision Matthews is our precision manual engine lathe, built for day-in, day-out toolroom use where hands-on control and setup versatility are essential. Its rigid gap-bed cast iron base, variable speed drive, quick-change gearbox, and tailstock make it well suited for prototype turning, one-off parts, facing, boring, knurling, and thread cutting — operations that don’t require a full CNC setup but demand the same accuracy. It serves as an indispensable complement to our Okuma Genos L250, handling the short skilled-machinist jobs that keep a shop nimble and responsive.

Mitutoyo Series 192 Height Gauge — Precision Inspection

  • Brand / Series: Mitutoyo — Series 192
  • Readout: Dial indicator with digital counter
  • Resolution: 0.001"
  • Accuracy: ±0.001"
  • Scriber: Carbide-tipped
  • Base: Hardened, ground and microlapped
  • Zero Setting: Floating — any scriber position

At Lot 19, measurement is taken as seriously as the machining itself. Our Mitutoyo Series 192 height gauge combines a precision dial indicator with an integrated digital counter, delivering reliable, error-free vertical measurement for inspection and layout work on the surface plate. Fitted with a hardened, ground, and microlapped base for maximum accuracy and a carbide-tipped scriber reading to 0.001", it is used for incoming part inspection, in-process checks, and final quality verification — a key part of our commitment to holding the tolerances we promise on every job.

LOT 19 is proud to expand its CNC capabilities with the addition of the Tsugami C180 Swiss-type live tooling lathe. Paired with our Okuma Genos L250, this machine represents a significant leap in what we can offer — combining exceptional precision, surface finish, and throughput in a single setup. The C180’s dual-spindle, gantry-style architecture with dual live tooling dramatically reduces part handling, allowing complex geometries to be completed in one operation and eliminating the tolerance stack-up that secondary setups introduce. Its Swiss-type design excels at extremely small, intricate parts — components that would be difficult or impossible to produce on conventional lathes — while significantly cutting overall part cycle times. The result is repeatable sub-0.001″ precision with an unmatched surface finish quality that speaks for itself. For components where very tight tolerances are a must, the Tsugami C180 sets a new standard in our shop.
